I Know A Guy Vacations is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01028204) that provides vacation rental and timeshare booking services. We facilitate access to luxury vacation properties through unused timeshare weeks and vacation club points at discounted rates.

Services Include:

• Property search and booking assistance
• Access to vacation club inventory
• Concierge services for travel arrangements
• Property availability notifications

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Pricing is provided as an estimate and subject to change until confirmed
• We will provide you with property options within 4 hours of your inquiry
• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive official resort confirmation

3.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure most bookings
• Full payment is typically required 30-60 days before check-in (varies by property)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Service fees and taxes may apply and will be disclosed before booking

3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by property and will be provided before booking
• Some deposits may be non-refundable depending on the property terms
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to concierge@iknowaguy.vacations
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making inquiries and bookings
• Comply with all resort rules, regulations, and check-in/check-out procedures
• Treat properties with respect and report any damages immediately
• Be responsible for any damages or additional charges incurred during your stay
• Verify all booking details, dates, and property information before confirming
• Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns during your stay

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 Property Availability

Property availability is subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee availability until a booking is officially confirmed by the resort.

5.2 Property Descriptions

Property descriptions, amenities, and photos are provided by resort partners and third parties. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for discrepancies between descriptions and actual properties.

5.3 No Guarantee of Satisfaction

We facilitate bookings but do not own, operate, or control the properties. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, safety, or legality of properties, or the accuracy of listings.

5.4 Third-Party Services

Resort operations, amenities, and services are provided by third parties. We are not liable for any issues, injuries, losses, or damages that occur at properties or as a result of third-party services.

6. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services
• We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or force majeure events
• We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses at resort properties

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Know A Guy Vacations, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of I Know A Guy Vacations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Referral Program

Our referral program offers credits toward future bookings when you refer friends who complete a paid booking. Program terms:

• Credits are issued after the referred client's booking is paid in full
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Credits expire 12 months from issuance
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

10. Communication

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us via:

• Email
• Phone calls
• Text messages (SMS)
• Social media

You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
